KANGKONG WITH OYSTER SAUCE, FRIED GARLIC AND TOFU

This one is something easy and affordable-on-the-budget. Kangkong or water spinach is usually used in Sinigang dishes. A bunch of kangkong costs P15 only, in Dubai, UAE, it costs 5 dirhams. This could be served as a side dish for fried fish and meat but could also be a stand alone viand. Tastes good, too!
