What I am about to share now was the Day 2 Lunch we had today.
Kim's Day 2 Healthy Diet Lunch. Chicken Breast Fillet and Bacon Ham with Vegetable Sidings.
Chicken was seasoned with just a bit of soy sauce, then fried with a little olive oil. The veggies were steamed. Bacon ham was served as is, cold cuts. Yummy! The chicken tasted so good! I wouldn't mind eating another piece! Shhhh..... "wink." We had fruits for dessert. No need for rice :)
Kim had the same lunch except that her chicken was seasoned with a little amount of salt and boiled.
