Thinking of what to satisfy your cravings sans pork,chicken or beef? How about an utterly delicious mixed seafood and veggies!

MIXED SEAFOOD and VEGGIES


I love to eat crab meat, corn, asparagus. Hmmm... let's put them together in one dish!

Ingredients:
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, guartered
  • 250 grams crab sticks
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 bunch Asparagus (about 8 pieces), partly boiled and softened
  • 125 grams squid balls, fried and cut in halves
  • fried crab eggs (optional)
  • salt, pepper, fish sauce
  • MSG (optional)
  • 4 Tbsps. butter
  • 3 Tbsps. cooking oil

Let's cook!
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute garlic, then add onion.
  • Put the butter. Mix until melted.
  • Season with fish sauce, salt, pepper and MSG
  • Add the crab sticks and continue sauteeing for 3 minutes.
  • Add the corn, asparagus, fried squid balls and crab eggs. Mix well. (about 8 minutes more to blend the ingredients)
  • Transfer to a serving platter. Done!
