Being "sexy" is in the eyes of the beholder. A lot of us, women, however, think that when we gain extra pounds, we are not "sexy" anymore. We can be chubby and still be sexy. If we exude that sexiness in us, people will look at us that way,too! In the way we move, in the way we flutter those eyelashes, in the way we dress.

However, not being able to fit in those clothes hanging or stacked folded in the closet, means we need to buy a whole new wardrobe, OR, do something to get that figure back.

Healthy Diet Menu-DINNER DAY 5:

  • On the plate are 2 slices of bread; pizza burger topped with romaine lettuce,cucumber, julienned carrots and cheese. It's delicious!
