Kim's Healthy Diet Menu- Day 4 Lunch; Day 5 Breakfast and Lunch
So happy to hear that a lot of my friends are liking the series of these Healthy Menu Plan. My FB friend, LeeLee said that her problem before was planning in advance what to eat. She had the menus printed out to serve as her guide. The menus here are easy to prepare and follow; and looks good.
Sharing now Healthy Diet Menu -Day 4 Lunch and Day 5 Breakfast and Lunch. (No dinner in the menu plan here because we ate out. However, you may repeat the dinner menu on the previous days, or, eat fruits.) We had an early dinner at a resto yesterday. Kim ordered Gyoza dumplings.

How to cook the SPICY CHICKEN WINGS
I transferred 1 piece of the pizza- burger to a white saucer so that you can see the burger. It tasted like pizza and burger combined. The cheese melting with the cucumber and burger tasted great! Shhhh... I ate 4pieces.
There! Another day, another healthy way to eat deliciously. Not bland.

Kim's Healthy Diet Menu: Day 4- LUNCH
- On the plate are spicy chicken wings; steamed broccoli and cauliflower. For dessert: watermelon and orange melon slices.
How to cook the SPICY CHICKEN WINGS
- Wash the chicken wings well. Sprinkle with pepper. (Take note: No salt added)
- Deep-fry in Canola oil.
- Strain and cool.
- Dredge with hot wing sauce. (I will soon share with you how to make a hot and spicy sauce for Buffalo wings)
- Plate and serve.

Kim's Healthy Diet Menu: Day 5 - BREAKFAST:
- On the plate are slices of hard-boiled eggs, topped with tuna and hard boiled egg yolk; high-calcium crackers; and vegetable salad with vinaigrette dressing (romaine lettuce; julienned carrots and cucumber;feta cheese; grapes; cherry tomatoes). We had fruits for dessert.
Kim's Healthy Diet Menu: Day 5 - LUNCH:
- On Kim's plate are watermelon slices and orange melon slices. She had a bite of a piece of pizza-burger :)
- On my plate and Carl's, these were on our plates. Steamed broccoli and cauliflower; vegetable salad of romaine lettuce, julienned carrots and cucumber, grapes, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese; with vinaigrette dressing; and the pizza-burger topped with cheese and burger crumbs.
