  • On the plate are Vienna sausages topped with boiled crumbled egg yolk; boiled egg sliced in half; and vegetable salad (romaine lettuce; julienned carrots, cucumber, grapes, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese) with vinaigrette dressing.
