Kim's Healthy Menu - Day 3 (Phase 1)

I was a bit busy today so I am fast-tracking and posting a whole day healthy menu prepared by Kim :

BREAKFAST:
  • Breakfast on the plate are poached egg; orange slices; high-calcium crackers topped with tuna; and salad with vinaigrette dressing.


LUNCH :
  • Lunch on the plate are melon and orange slices and vegetables salad with vinaigrette dressing.

DINNER :
  • On Carl's plate and mine for dinner are high-calcium crackers topped with Spam-Lite slices; tuna; and cheese slices; celery; and vegetable salad (julienned carrots and cucumber; grapes; and feta cheese) with vinaigrette dressing.


  • On Kim's plate are melon slices and vegetable salad with vinaigrette dressing.
