Kim's Healthy Menu Suggestions
Hi again! I am sharing a new set of Health Menus for you to choose from.What to eat when you're in a diet is sometimes hard to plan, so I hope this will help :)
- A bowl of onion soup with crab eggs.
- Vegetable salad (romaine lettuce, feta cheese, julienne carrots, tomatoes) in vinaigrette dressing; Pesto pasta; orange slices
- Vegetable salad and vegetable soup (onions, crab eggs, crab meat)
- On the plate are orange slices; crackers; sunny side up egg topped with tuna flakes
- A bowl of Onion soup with veggies and crab meat and crab eggs. On the plate are chicken cubes marinated in soy sauce then fried with canola oil; and vegetable salad with grapes and sliced hard boiled egg.
- On the plate are crackers and hot dog slightly fried in canola oil and topped with onions.
- On the plate are: baconham; sunny side up egg and vegetable salad with cheese strips.
- Vegetable soup plus crackers and tuna flakes.
- Cream dory seasoned with freshly-ground pepper then fried in canola oil. Vegetable salad (with grapes and cheese.
Being on a diet doesn't mean we have to starve. We can eat a little of this and a little of that, right?
