Kim's Bacon Ham and Egg Healthy Breakfast- 2nd Day

This morning, Kim made bacon ham and eggs for breakfast. Healthy in the sense that there are no seasonings added, except for apple cider vinegar. The eggs were poached, no salt added. We also had vegetable salad with vignairette dressing. We had fruits for dessert! We're beginning to like this diet plan!





Hmmm....satisfied with the breakfast and I didn't feel bloated! Can't wait what's going to be for lunch!
