Spicy Sitaw and Pork with Walnuts Stir-fry (Long beans with Pork)

I wanted to make use of our sitaw (string beans) with another recipe. I wanted something stir-fried and the sitaw, crisp. So, I thought of this:

I wanted to make use of our sitaw (string beans) with another recipe. I wanted something stir-fried and the sitaw, crisp. So, I thought of this:
SPICY SITAW and PORK with WALNUTS STIR-FRY
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo ground pork
- 1 bunch of sitaw (long string beans) cut 1" each.
- 1 bunch dahon ng sili (chili leaves)
- 1 bouillon
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp chopped toasted walnuts (or peanuts)
Let's cook!
- Saute garlic in hot oil. When it's semi-toasted, add the onions.
- Put the sitaw and saute.
- Add the ground pork and mix.
- Season with fish sauce, pepper, salt and chili powder.
- Continue stirring the ingredients/ Add the bouillon cube. and MSG. Mix well.
- When the ground pork is cooked, add the chopped peppers
- Saute some more until the meat is cooked and the sitaw still crisp. Add the dahon ng sili (chili pepper leaves.) Stir in chopped walnuts.
- Turn off heat. Serve with rice or lettuce leaves; and ice-cold drinks.
