After Kyla finished her Assessment exam at Livingstone International School, we had to go straight to Kobe's Kumon class. While waiting, I saw a restaurant nearby and decided to check it out. It was way past lunchtime and we were all hungry. Actually, I was famished!

SUZHOU DIMSUM HAUXIAN FOODHOUSE looks small outside but was spacious inside. I thought it was just an ordinary dimsum house and was surprised to see other tables occupied by Koreans, Chinese and American costumers. Gotta give it a try! Chinese food again, but I wouldn't mind :D

We ordered Soy sauce steamed beef, Seafood fried rice, Dumplings  and Chicken feet.

Looking at the chicken feet, at first they looked pale and unappealing. After tasting it, hmmm, spicy and delicious!I almost gulped a glassful of iced Coke. If not for my son Carl, chicken feet would not be on my list. This time, however, I ate 2 pieces!

The Soy Sauce Steamed Beef was also spicy and flavorful. We had 2 orders Seafood fried rice (good for 2-3 persons each.)It had prawns, squid, corn, green peas, eggs, carrots and parsley. All in all, I give the food 4 ****. Pleasant staff, free parking. I'll visit it again. :)
